How do I make a return?

1. We accept returns within 30 days of merchandise receipt.

2. Please log in to your customer account and send us a return request, and we will handle it for you. It is easy to apply the request in your order list. If you make the order as a guest, please contact us via email to do the returns.

Who should in charge of the fee if I am returning the products?

The customer pays the return shipping fee for a refund or exchange. We cover the return shipping fee if you receive a damaged /defective products or other fault caused by us. Please contact us for a solution if you receive damaged/defective/wrong products.

Why is the tax on my order estimated?

Customers may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance. Normally, a small parcel of dog clothes to most countries won’t cause tax. For more information, please contact your customs.

Do I need to create an account to buy from your online store?

You don't need to have an account to place an order. However, having an account can save you time during checkout as it securely saves your address and payment details for future purchases. How can I find out when an item will be back in stock?

Most items are currently in stock. If we find that any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail or we will refund you if we get no response from you within 7 business days.

How can I figure out my size?

To figure out size.

1. If between sizes, please size up.

2. Our clothes are NOT suitable for large breeds of dogs.

3. Always choose sizes according to the latest measurement of your pet.

4. Your baby usually wears size S doesn't mean all size S will fit him/her. Different designers and manufacturers use their own size charts.

5. If your pet is under one year old and still growing, please take this into consideration.
Please always choosing the size by the measurement of your pet (The chest girth and back length), not the weight or breeds simply. Your carefully choice will avoid plenty of inconvenience of returns.
