Dog Clothes Got Wet? What to Do Before Putting Them Back On

When your dog's clothes get wet, take the garment off so it can dry. If your dog seems stressed or frustrated in it, take it off right away. Then dry it the way its care label says.

What to Do When Your Dog's Clothes Get Wet

Take the Wet Garment Off to Dry It

No reliable cutoff tells you when a garment is "too wet" to leave on, so there's no reason to wait until it seems soaked. Once you're indoors, take it off and set it aside to dry. Check Whether the Garment Is Dry
