Shipment & Delivery

When will my order be shipped out?

All orders will be shipped out within 2 business days after your payment is cleared.

Are all the products in stock?

Most items are currently in stock. If we find that any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail or we will refund you if we get no response from you within 7 business days.

Where does Fitwarm ship?

We ship globally, all orders are shipped from China.

How long can I receive my order?

*Delivery time is estimated using our proprietary method which is based on the buyer's proximity to the item location, the shipping service selected, the weather, and other factors. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

Only economy shipping and standard shipping are available to ship to P.O. Boxes. Expedited shipping requests a physical address.

How are customs and import tax/duties handled?

Customers may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance. Normally, a small parcel of dog clothes to most countries won’t cause tax. For more information, please contact your customs.

How to track my order?

Please login your customer account and you can find the link to track your order in your order list. If you order as a guest, please contact us for help via customer-service@fitwarm.com with your order ID.

Why the shipping status doesn’t update? Is my parcel safe?

If the parcels shipped by the economy or standard shipping, it is normal the shipping status won’t be updated until it arrives in the next destination, this won’t impact the shipment and it is safe definitely.
